Terms & Conditions

1. Who you're contracting with. MOTORSIP is operated by Papec Trading UG, Herzbergstr. 87-99, 10365 Berlin, Germany ("we", "us"). These terms apply to every order placed through motorsip.com.

2. Placing an order. Adding items to your cart and completing checkout is an offer to buy. We accept your offer when we send you an order confirmation email — that's when a binding contract is formed.

3. Prices and payment. All prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable under EU distance-selling rules. Payment is handled securely by our payment provider (card or bank transfer); we do not store your payment details.

4. Delivery. We dispatch orders within 3 business days. Typical delivery is around 2 days within Europe and up to 14 days worldwide — see our Shipping Policy for details. These are estimates, not guarantees.

5. Right of withdrawal. If you're a consumer in the EU, you have a 14-day right to cancel your order without giving a reason — see our Returns Policy for how this works.

6. Warranty. All parts are covered by the statutory warranty applicable under German/EU law. If a part is defective, contact support@motorsip.com and we'll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.

7. Liability. We are liable for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence, and for breaches of essential contractual obligations, in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited.

8. Governing law. These terms are governed by German law. If you're a consumer, this doesn't take away protections you're entitled to under the law of your own country of residence.
