Shipping Policy

Dispatch time. Orders are dispatched from our Berlin warehouse within 3 business days.

Delivery time. On average, delivery takes around 2 days within the EU, and up to 14 days for the rest of the world. Actual times depend on your location and the courier.

Shipping cost. Shipping is a flat €9 within the EU and UK, and a flat €25 for the rest of the world. No import taxes apply within the EU and UK; customs duties may apply for other destinations and are the buyer's responsibility.

Tracking. You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
