Returns Policy

Your 14-day right of withdrawal. As an EU consumer, you can cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason, and return an unused part for a full refund.

How to return an item. Email support@motorsip.com or WhatsApp +49 176 59039398 with your order number. We'll confirm and send return instructions.

Condition. Parts should be unused and in their original packaging where possible, so they can be resold or returned to our supplier.

Refunds. Once we receive the returned part, we refund the full purchase price (including standard shipping, for statutory 14-day withdrawals) to your original payment method within 14 days.

Return shipping cost. If you're returning a part simply because you changed your mind, return shipping is at your own cost. If the part arrived defective or wrong, we cover it.

Damaged or wrong item? Contact us immediately with photos and we'll sort out a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
