Who we are. MOTORSIP is operated by Papec Trading UG, Herzbergstr. 87-99, 10365 Berlin, Germany (HRB278315B). For any privacy question, contact us at support@motorsip.com.

What we collect. When you place an order we collect your name, email, phone number, delivery address, and order details. Payment is processed by our payment provider — we never see or store your card or bank details ourselves. When you browse the site we may log basic technical data (IP address, pages viewed) for security and analytics.

Why we use it. To process and ship your order, issue VAT invoices, respond to support requests, and meet our legal and tax obligations. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Who we share it with. Our payment provider, our email/SMTP provider for order confirmations, and our hosting provider — only as needed to run the shop. German law requires us to keep invoice records for 10 years for tax purposes.

Your rights (GDPR). You can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or object to how we use it, by emailing support@motorsip.com. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Cookies. We use only the cookies needed to make the shop and cart work. We don't use tracking cookies for advertising.
